If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality of any product purchased from Overdrive, you have ten (10) days from time of delivery to return the product (in new/unused condition) for store credit (shipping costs are non-refundable). All International sales are final sale. A $5 restock fee will be applied to all cancelled or returned orders.
If for any reason you are un-satisfied with any aspect of your product or service at Overdrive Motorsports you may contact Joey Guyon directly to resolve the issue. You may notify us via phone or e-mail and we will strive to reach a resolution within five (5) business days of receiving your correspondence.
Rest assured that all personal data collected will be kept private. Your personal information will never be shared or communicated to third parties. It will only be used to:
- Confirm your order by email
- Send a payment receipt if you have ordered with a credit card
- Ensure speedy and accurate delivery of your order
- For customer service follow-up
No information will be collected without your agreement. Please note by filling your order form or filing a complaint, you are automatically giving your consent. You can withdraw your consent at anytime by contacting Overdrive.

All products sold by Overdrive are for racing purposes only. Racing is a dangerous sport. All helmets and racing apparel sold by Overdrive are not guaranteed to protect the user from injury or death. All risk associated with the use or misuse of any products sold by Overdrive is strictly the responsibility of the user or purchaser. Overdrive is not responsible or liable for any injury up to and including death resulting from the use of any product purchased on the website. By purchasing from Overdrive, you agree to accept full responsibility.
There are no warranties extended by Overdrive, explicit or implied. If any warranties exist from the manufacturer it is the customer’s responsibility to pursue satisfaction from said manufacturer. If Overdrive handles your warranty claim, the customer is responsible for all incurred freight or shipping charges.
All our prices are in Canadian Dollars (CDN $) and do not include shipping costs. All International orders will incur applicable credit card exchange rates. Custom fees and brokerage fees will be paid by the purchaser for all exported orders.
When placing an order with your credit card you will be directed to a secure Internet payment terminal using the latest SST encryption protocols. Overdrive is not liable for any damages resulting from internet fraud or credit card fraud.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary according to the destination and method of transport selected. Tracking information is available upon request.
We make every attempt to have our web inventory up to date and posted accurately. Most karting products are made in Italy. Due to this we may experience supply issues. If an item is back ordered we will contact you before your order is shipped to provide you options or a refund.
If your shipment is lost in transit or damaged please contact us immediately to start a trace. We will open an investigation with our courier which could take up to 30 days. Overdrive will not be liable to replace items declared lost. Your home insurance policy may assist you depending on your coverage. Some freight companies offer insurance coverage: if you would like this added we can have it quoted and added to your invoice.
