Shipping policy

Shipping costs and delivery times vary according to the destination and method of transport selected.  Tracking information is available upon request.

We make every attempt to have our web inventory up to date and posted accurately. Most karting products are made in Italy.  Due to this we may experience supply issues.  If an item is back ordered we will contact you before your order is shipped to provide you options or a refund.

Lost shipments:  If your shipment is lost in transit or damaged please contact us immediately to start a trace.  We will open an investigation with our courier which could take up to 30 days. Overdrive will not be liable to replace Items declared lost. Your home insurance policy may assist you depending on your coverage. Some freight companies offer insurance coverage: if you would like this added we can have it quoted and added to your invoice.
