Rotax NGK Spark Plug
The NGK GR9DI-8 is a genuine Rotax-approved spark plug, purpose-built for Max EVO and DD2 EVO engines. It’s the standard choice for racing in normal to warm conditions, typically between 15–30 °C. This spark plug is generally ideal for Junior, Senior and DD2.
The NGK GR8DI‑8 is a Rotax-approved spark plug specifically engineered for Max EVO and DD2 EVO engines. Ideal for cold or damp conditions, and especially in Micro and Mini classes—runs "hotter" than the GR9DI to reduce fouling risk. This spark plug is supplied new OEM with every engine kit, and will generally be ideal in Mini and Micro.
